TDP Leadership Accelerator Program is a transformational, cohort-based experience designed to develop whole, grounded, and purpose-driven leaders. Unlike traditional leadership programs that focus only on skills, this accelerator integrates identity formation, inner healing, leadership capacity, and real-world application to produce sustainable leadership impact.

This program equips leaders to lead from a place of clarity, emotional health, integrity, and alignment, enabling them to influence people, build healthy systems, and navigate complexity with wisdom and confidence. Participants move beyond information into embodied leadership, where growth is measured not only by knowledge gained, but by transformation lived out.

Facilitator Training prepares individuals to lead connection groups, healing circles, and other community spaces with clarity and care.

Training emphasizes boundaries, emotional safety, group dynamics, and alignment with the culture of The Discovery Pathway. Supervision ensures facilitators are supported and accountable as they serve.
